Prenatal + Postnatal
Care Through Every Stage
Designed with the changing needs of the body in minds, prenatal and postnatal massage offers thoughtful, individualized care before and after pregnancy. Jennifer adapts positioning, pressure, and techniques to provide a comfortable and supportive experience.

Reflexology
Focused Care, Head to Toe
Reflexology applies targeted pressure to specific points on the feet that correspond with different areas of the body. It can be incorporated into a season to encourage relaxation, ease tension, and create an overall sense of balance and well-being.

LED Infrared Light Therapy
Light-Based Recovery Support
LED infrared light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light as a non-invasive complement to massage. It can be incorporated into a session to support recovery, soothe areas of discomfort, and enhance the overall therapeutic experience.
Lymphatic Massage
Gentle Support for the Body
Using light, rhythmic movements, lymphatic massage is designed to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. This gentle technique can be especially helpful when swelling or fluid retention is a concern.

Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle, Restorative Care
Craniosacral therapy uses a light, gentle touch to encourage relaxation and ease tension throughout the body. Its subtle approach makes it a calming option for clients looking for restorative, deeply relaxing care.

Cupping
Targeted Tension Relief
Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the tissue and encourage circulation in areas of tightness and tension. This may be incorporated to help release stubborn areas, support mobility and complement hands=on massage techniques.
KT Tape
Gentle, Restorative Care
Craniosacral therapy uses a light, gentle touch to encourage relaxation and ease tension throughout the body. Its subtle approach makes it a calming option for clients looking for restorative, deeply relaxing care.

Hello!

For more than two decades, Jennifer has built her massage therapy practice around something that sounds simple but makes all the difference: paying attention to the person on the table. She listens to what her clients are experiencing, notices areas of tension they may not even realize are contributing to their discomfort, and tailors each session to what their body needs that day. It’s an approach that has earned the trust and appreciation of her clients throughout her career.
Her career in massage therapy began more than 20 years ago in Las Vegas, where she completed an intensive year-long massage therapy program while attending school at night. After graduating in 2003, she took that training with her to Arizona, where she spent years developing her craft, building lasting relationships with clients, and growing what began as her own practice into a three-room massage studio with a team of therapists.
Over the years, Jennifer became known not only for her experience, but for the care behind her work. Clients have turned to her for everything from persistent neck pain and tension headaches to stubborn areas of tightness and everyday stress. They describe feeling listened to and comfortable in her care, and often remark on her ability to find and address areas other therapists have missed.
When Jennifer moved to Northwest Arkansas, she wasn’t sure she would begin again. But massage therapy had become more than a career. It was a way to care for people and use years of experience to help them genuinely feel better.
Today, she brings that same thoughtful, individualized approach to Barrett Massage. Whether you come in needing focused therapeutic work or simply a chance to relax and reset, Jennifer takes the time to understand what you need and makes sure your massage is truly your own.
Benefits
Discover the benefits of choosing W. Kim for your wellness journey. From personalized care to holistic treatments, we prioritize your health and well-being.
Stress Reduction
Massage encourages the body to slow down and relax, helping calm the nervous system and release physical tension. That shift can reduce feelings of stress and provide a much-needed break from everyday mental fatigue.
Pain Management
Massage can help ease muscle soreness, stiffness, and common areas of discomfort, including the neck and lower back. It can also support recovery after physical activity and help reduce tension associated with repetitive movement.
Improved Circulation
The pressure and movement used during massage encourage blood flow through muscles and soft tissue. Healthy circulation helps deliver oxygen and nutrients throughout the body while supporting muscle recovery and overall tissue help.
